Kate is a qualified NHS accredited Health Coach, Wellbeing Coach and Indian Head Massage Therapist. Her training meets national standards, and she is a full member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and with the UK & Ireland International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA). Being part of both the ANP and UKIHCA means Kate follows strict professional guidelines around safety, ethics and best practice – and as a registered practitioner, she is able to support clients alongside GPs, private doctors, nutritionists, herbalists as well as other natural health care practitioners.

As both an NHS accredited Holistic Health Coach and Wellbeing Coach and with a 25+year background in the fashion industry, I bring a grounded, experienced, reliable, practical, real-life approach to holistic health. I understand first-hand the fast pace, sometimes long hours and high expectations that can take a toll on your wellbeing. My approach is rooted in real life – especially the ups and downs of juggling being a mum, holding down a career and everything else in-between. Learning how to pause, listen in and find ways to support ourselves through constant change in this current world is a necessity.
It’s also shaped my own health journey. I experienced my first panic attack in my teens, followed by years of anxiety, migraines, digestive issues, chronic stress, miscarriages, and burnout. For a long time, I was running on empty, people-pleasing, overworking, and using alcohol and convenience habits to cope. After facing fertility challenges in my 30s and feeling let down by conventional approaches, I turned to natural health solutions and slowly began to rebuild.
What I discovered through my own health journey and what now defines how I work within Health Coaching, is that true wellbeing, when you really pay attention to it, when you invest in ‘you’ and put in the effort, it creates profound and lasting change. It has the power to realign your habits, strengthen your body and mind from within, and transform the way you show up in your everyday life.
