This 1-month programme with Kate is ideal for those who know something needs to change, but you don’t want to do it alone. You may have already tried making small lifestyle changes, but find yourself slipping back into old patterns, feeling overwhelmed, or unsure how to make those changes stick. This programme gives you motivation, helps you rebuild your daily routine from the ground up, with a focus on sleep, daytime structure, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle habits that fit into your life – not the other way around. Together, we’ll explore your current challenges and create a personalised, realistic plan to help start shifting those patterns. Over four weeks, we’ll build the foundation you need to feel better now and grow sustainable habits for long-term health.

If a 90-minute consultation feels like a helpful starting point, the one-month programme can also offer continued support to help those changes take root.

What's included

    • You will be asked to fill in a short initial form ahead of your consultation so I can understand your current challenges.

    • You will have a 2 hour in-depth 1:1 online consultation with Kate going through any symptoms, medical history, nutrition and diving deep into your routines, patterns, challenges and goals to be aware of.

    • Over the month you will have 2 x 1 hour 1:1 online consultations which are supportive check-ins to review progress and guide your next steps.

    • Kate will create a personalised health and lifestyle plan along with session notes designed for your goals including additional resources, tools and practical guidance to help you take action between sessions. 

    • You will have access to daily email support (Mon-Fri) throughout your programme.
