Together, we’ll explore your current challenges and create a personalised, realistic plan to guide you to better health that fits your lifestyle and helps you feel more like yourself again. We’ll look at key areas such as sleep, stress, energy, nutrition, and daily habits, giving you simple tools you can use straight away.

You will be asked to fill in a short Initial form ahead of your consultation so I can understand your current challenges.

You will have a 90 minute in-depth 1:1 online consultation with Kate going through any symptoms, medical history, nutrition and lifestyle habits and any barriers or challenges to be aware of.

Kate will create a personalised health and lifestyle plan along with session notes designed for your goals.

You will receive 1 week of email support (Mon-Fri) after your session with Kate.

You will receive an email outlining helpful resources, recommendations and next steps after your 1:1 consultation.
