Hi, I’m Kate a certified Holistic Health Coach 

The Healthier is a practical, no-fuss approach to health that helps and supports people to build sustainable, healthier habits, looking at whole-person health that fits into your everyday life rooted in Nutrition, Lifestyle and Mindset.

The Healthier was born from both personal and work life experiences both before and after having children, dealing with and trying to manage times of overwhelm, juggling work and life, chronic stress, anxiety (including health anxiety), and burnout along with the physical and mental symptoms and manifestations that came with it all affecting my health and wellbeing. Being told there was nothing physically wrong with me on several occasions after several consultations and tests led to frustration then curiosity. I needed to get to the root causes and discover what the healthier version of me was because I couldn’t keep living like I was, it was exhausting.

So I began seeking help from naturopathic practitioners and educating myself on natural approaches to health and wellbeing, I began adding simple, practical, daily practices to my routine and I began to see dramatic and positive changes in every area of my life, the main one being, giving birth to my two daughters.

Managing stress, balancing hormones, understanding how to lead an all round healthier lifestyle whilst working full-time and getting to the root causes of various symptoms was the catalyst to my healing journey and I’m on a mission to help you become healthier too.
