Grow is a 1-month programme with Kate and is ideal for those who know something needs to change, but you don’t want to do it alone. You may have already started making small lifestyle changes, yet find yourself slipping back into old patterns, feeling overwhelmed, or unsure how to make those changes last. Grow gives you ongoing support, accountability and guidance to help you rebuild sustainable routines in a realistic, manageable way. Together, we’ll explore your current challenges and create a personalised plan focused on sleep, stress, energy, nutrition and everyday habits that fit into your life. Over four weeks, we’ll begin shifting the patterns that are keeping you stuck, helping you feel better now while building the foundations for long-term health and wellbeing.
If a 90-minute consultation feels like a supportive starting point, the one-month programme offers continued guidance and accountability to help those changes take root and grow into lasting habits.

You will be asked to fill in a short initial form ahead of your consultation so I can understand your current challenges.

You will have a 2 hour in-depth 1:1 online consultation with Kate going through any symptoms, medical history, nutrition and diving deep into your routines, patterns, challenges and goals to be aware of.

Over the month you will have 2 x 1 hour 1:1 online consultations which are supportive check-ins to review progress and guide your next steps.

Kate will create a personalised health and lifestyle plan along with session notes designed for your goals including additional resources, tools and practical guidance to help you take action between sessions.

You will have access to daily email support (Mon-Fri) throughout your programme.
