Bloom is a 3-month programme designed for those with busy, demanding lives who want deeper, more consistent support to create lasting change.

You may be feeling disconnected from yourself, stuck in patterns that leave you feeling drained, overwhelmed or running on empty – knowing something needs to shift, but struggling to make any changes stick. 

Over 12 weeks, we’ll work together to help you better understand your body, your habits and the lifestyle patterns shaping how you feel day to day. With ongoing support, guidance and accountability, Bloom gives you the space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and build healthier, more sustainable ways of living. 

Together, we’ll explore every area of your wellbeing – including sleep, stress, energy, nutrition, hormones, mindset, emotional load and daily routines – helping you feel calmer, more grounded, energised and more like yourself again in ways that last well beyond the programme.

What's included...

You will be asked to fill in an initial form ahead of your consultation so I can understand your current challenges and health history.

  • You will have a 2 hour initial in-depth 1:1 online consultation with Kate going through any symptoms, medical history, nutrition and diving deep into your routines, patterns, current challenges and goals to be aware of.

  • Over the 3 months you will have 10 x 1 hour 1:1 online consultations which are supportive, free flowing coaching sessions to review progress, navigate challenges and guide your next steps.

  • Kate will create a personalised health and lifestyle plan along with session notes designed for your goals including additional resources, tools and practical guidance to help you take action between sessions. 

  • You will have daily email support (Mon–Fri) throughout the programme for accountability, motivation, and guidance between sessions.

  • You get a complimentary 45-minute clean beauty & make-up swap session included.

  • Payment plan is available for this programme.
